Hey everyone,

I would like to have your guys input on a dual pc build for streaming. If you guys could help me out, it would be appreciated. I don't know what to expect for a budget so, the lower end is likely closer to what I could pay for. I don't need rgb, or anything fancy. I don't need a monitor or keyboard and mouse. A case is likely, or if I need one.

Thanks

What do you mean by "dual PC build" two PCs in a single case? If so, why?

No, I've heard lots of people use two PC's for streaming. One to play on and the other to do the encoding

Sry in case I want clear I meant the top is streaming bottom is gaming the streaming goes on the itx mobo part of case, I think it’s on the bottom. And the elgato will make the streaming better it will cost a good amount though

There is no need to build two pc's for that. A 3700X and 5700XT for example would be fine for gaming/streaming. Or if you go with an Nvidia gpu like the 2070 Super you can use Nvenc to do the encoding. That uses the gpu rather than cpu.

I appreciate the help. It sounds like a great build but Is there anywhere I could possibly bring down the cost?

That build would let you stream and is priced $1,340.03

I agree with Lee, though I doubt I would have said it so forcefully.  You do not need 2 PCs to stream, that was the case once, but not anymore.

This build is cheaper than build one suggested above, hope it is in your budget.
