Overpriced in general, if you want value there are better options for most parts, but mostly good parts. The GPU it is horrible for the price.

Try going for something like this if you want the best value: https://geizhals.de/?cat=WL-1528552

its good pricing and has not been market up a lot, but I would really recommend going NVidia for the GPU because there is just a much more solid feature set.

What features lower end Nvidia cards got that AMD don't? only NVENC right?

Your computer should be able to play most games! I would add a GPU like an RX 570 or 580 or something to fit in with your AMD 5 3600. I would consider getting 16 GB of Ram, A 120 GB SSD for Windows boot and a 1 TB HDD to hold Games/Programs.

there is a amd gpu already and 16gb ram

DLSS, NVENC, ray tracing (if its a 20 series card), tensor cores and CUDA acceleration.

DLSS, RT, Tensor cores aren't on lower end cards. Most people don't need NVENC. CUDA also depends if they want to use the GPU for those applications or not.

But, the value of the cards...

I think the RX 570 on amazon is $120 US dollars

The 1650 well may be a little better but is more expensive.

Feel free to modify the list to your needs, change the MB to the B450 Gaming Pro Carbon. Never heard any issues with that RAM, but you can change it if you want. If the alterations blow your budget, you can for example get the 1660 Super instead, get a smaller SSD or go for a cheaper CPU like the 1600AF depending on your needs.

Don't use that site, and his budget allow much faster GPUs. And the 570 isn't that great of a deal in Germany(currently).

I would go for a 1660 SUPER/ 1660

But those cost around 50 euros more over the 5500xt.

Don't use UserBenchmark to compare performance, they ain't that trustworthy at all.

His link shows €750 worth of parts, plus the 1TB SSD he said he didn't add.

I didn't say he should get the shitty 1650, I recommended the 5700 and the 1660 Super. If he needed a ~150€ GPU I would recommend the 1650S or a used 570, new 570 currently are too expensive in Germany. The cheapest dual fan 570 costs 139€ against 159€ for the cheapest 1650S, the 1650S is ~20% faster and uses less power, it is clearly the better value currently.
