PC keeps crashing

Specs:

M.2 SSD Samsung

Mini itx b450 mobo

Msi rtx 1660

Sfx 600w psu

Corsair rgb ram 2x8gb 3200mhz

R7 2700x

120mm aio cooler.

 

My newly built computer is having a lot of issues. In games it can suddenly go from 60 fps to 5 fps and then freeze the whole computer and I have to restart. Sometimes it freezes in just the desktop and requires restart and sometimes it blue screens. I have no idea why. help!
