I recently upraged my Mobo, CPU and RAM and I wanted to keep my GPU. Now here's the deal:
Whenever I start up my new rig the fans on the GPU spin up to 100% and I get no output. This can only be fixed by booting the GPU in my old rig.

Then I can start it in my new rig ONCE. If I want to reboot my PC i have to swap the gpu out and do the things I've explained above. Drivers and BIOS are up to date.

Old Specs:

CPU: AMD A-10 7890k; 16GB DDR3-RAM, Asus 780ti Founders Edition

New Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3 3200g; 32GB DDR4-3200 RAM, Asus 780ti Founders Editon
