Fps drops on Gta Online

Hey there recently i built my machine with R5 2600

Tomahawk max 2x8gb 3200mhz, i have a rx 570 4gb powercolor. 

First i wonder why i get only 60 fps.

Second some times my fps drops to 30, 20 

Why?

I noticed the same thing. I think it is because R* made a few mistakes in new updates. We can only hope they fix is soon

Its the game itself, I also have an RX 570 and Ryzen 5 1600x but I get huge performance dips which vary depending on the amount of players in the lobby.
