  1. Is it this one? I haven't gaming laptop in mind but this seems like good value. It's little bit on the heavy side, and I'm not sure about battery life.
  2. Hello, I'll be going to college in a couple of months and I will need a laptop. I'm looking for used because they have better value, but I'm open to new as well. I have some requirements that need to be met: 14-15.6 inches screen, at least 1600 × 900 Good build quality (no cheap plastics), but not too heavy because I'll carry it in my backpack every day Decent battery life Decent keyboard and trackpad HDMI port 8GB of RAM 265GB SSD To be up to $650 (600 eur) Other features that are not necessary, but would be nice to have:
  3. Have you tried your headphones on other PC? Have you tried other headphones in same port, and other ports on your PC with same headset? Any connection point can be point of failure.
  4. It might be that cable have some bad connection, it's usually connector or cable part close to connector. Cables worn with time, cables are made out of many small cooper strings and with use they break. Try if you can repeat the problem by moving cable.
  5. Your HDMI cable might me HDMI 1.2/1.2(b). Did you try with multiple HDMI cables? For USB-C, I'm not sure but maybe It doesn't support image over USB-C, there are some USBs that support it and some that don't.
  6. Hi, I would recommend you to look for laptops with GTX 1650, 120Hz (144Hz). Of course SSD is required in 2020, ans I would say 8GB of RAM. Here are some recomendations: Has i5 9300H (4C/8T), 8BG RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD, but only 60Hz monitor. https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GL65-9SC-004-GeForce-Windows/dp/B081R3M7FL/ref=sr_1_19?dchild=1&keywords=laptop+gaming&qid=1588712575&sr=8-19 i7 9700H (6C/12T), GTX 1650, 512GB SSD. https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-ROG-G531GT-i7-9750H-1650-8GB/dp/B07RKSNCT6/ref=sr_1_39?dchild=1&keywords=laptop+gaming&qid=158871
  7. Will I have dual boot than? How could it know it should dual boot when it don't recognise that i have Windows?
  8. Option to to install alongside Windows should be before choosing a drive to install Linux on. Image that i posted, that is before you can make any partitions or anything.
  9. Thank you for your answers. I want to install it on my 2.5HDD. What i wanted to say is: I didn't got option to "install alongside Windows". (This is image from YT video, I only had option to erase disk and option to keep files and install Linux). I have it as one partition. That is for all my drives, one drive one partition. I know I saw it when I was watching video about it. But i don't know what should I do to make it appear. I did watch lot of them but I haven't seen anybody who pointed out why option "Install along
  10. Hello! I want to get familiar with Linux. On my PC I have 1 SSD (with Windows) and 2 HDDs, but they are mostly full, so I took 2.5 HDD from my old laptop and tried to install Linux Mint on it. It is 4th drive in my PC. I want to have dual boot (Win/Mint), and I was wondering is dual boot possible if operating systems are on different drives? I already tried to install it, but I ran into few problems: Mint didn't recognize that I already had Windows installed, so I couldn't install it on my SSD even if I wanted to. I'm not sure what type should my HDD be? I read it
  11. I noticed the same thing. I think it is because R* made a few mistakes in new updates. We can only hope they fix is soon
  12. Try posting this on Discord, maybe there are more people that plays GTA online
