Corsair AX1000 vs Antec HCP-1000 P

I wanna Compare this 2 Power Supplies. 

Titanium Corsair AX1000

Platinum Antec HCP-1000

First question

Are both better than Gold Corsair RM1000x? 

Second question

Which one is better and why?

Corsair's AX Line is their top end model. If you need it depends on your particular use case.

The Corsair RM and the Antec both come with a 7 year warranty while the Corsair AX has a 10 year warranty.

That does not necessarily mean the AX Line is better but for 24/7 use I would argue it is more reliable long term. You could also consider the Seasonic Prime Ultra 1000W that has a 12 year warranty.

In the end it comes down to features. For example, the Seasonic unit is rated at around 12 db(a) while the Corsair AX is rated at closer to 23 db(a) under full load. Both PSUs are silent while idling. If you have the time you can check up on detailed reviews that take those units apart and check for the layout and component selection but I would assume that both companies are not cutting corners with their top of the line products.

AX and the prime are the same PSU. 

 

 

 

One is a Seasonic Prime, while the other a Delta GM. 

 

One great singlerail PSU for lower wattage PSUs (the AX).

 

And the Antec a solid multirail PSU. 

 

 

The Antec being Tier S on the PSU tierlist the other Tier A. 

 

Which doesnt perfectly reflect their capabilities, but for high wattage the Antec is the better choice. Even if its fan and noise levels arent great
