Where does it say that? If system32 is in fact dleted then the easiest way to fix it would be to do a reinstall of windows.

It said that when I booted up the computer and how do I reinstall windows sorry?

Its the same proccess as installing windows. You can find a tutorial on youtube.

A quick overview would be you get a usb drive and download windows media creation tool and run the setup on another pc. Then you take the USB plug it into the laptop, start it and enter bios. Then select the USB in the boot menu. Save and restart. Then you just go through the install instructions which is very straightforward.

If you have anything on the hard drive, recommend backing them up, there are also several ways to restore operation to the OS, one of which via use of a USB drive, known as a installation media, make sure you have your CD key with you, if it ask for it during install.

Also make sure there is nothing on the thumb drive, it will formatted to be a boot partition. In otherwords you will lose the data on the thumbdrive.

As for the other option, is to reset the PC entirely... Which can be done under Settings > Recovery > "Reset This PC" with the Get Started button. Pic below.

The main question is - what do you make before that happens. Fixing bug by reinstalling Windows, if you (for example) start cleaning system files again, is pointless. Of course you must do it if your system32 is missing, but maybe (just guessing) you somehow moved it to some subdirectory. Don't know is it even possible, but who knows.

Anyway, screenshot shows that your system boots, nothing wrong. So where is that info about system32 missing?
