mouse with ipad pro 2018

hey guys since ipad pro 2018 now supports mouse, why is it that with a cheap ass dell mouse the scroll wheel works fien and my g903 not?

 

the hardware i use is

Anker Power Port + 5 Premium 5 Port 60 W, USB Type C Charger USB C with Power Delivery for Apple MacBook, Samsung S8, Note 8, Nexus 5X / 6P and PowerIQ Technology for iPhone 8/8 Plus, iPhone X, 7 6 5, iPad

Anker PowerLine Plus CTOC Cable 1.8m

Logitech PowerCord that came with the mouse

Meco 9in1 usb-c hub

 

the hub is connected to the power delivery port of the desktop charger and the mouse connected to the hub along with my ducky shine 7

 

maby someone can tell my why the mouse wheel is working so bad ?
