Please help fix my PC

Hi, so I have a lenovo ideacentre AIO 310-23ISU which was working perfectly fine up untill these past couple months. Iv'e had to factory reset the computer twice in the past few months and the integrated graphics card has stopped functioning properly so the load time for games such as Fortnite is about a minute to two minute before a building is feasibly in the game etc. The system is up to date on software but it just crashes more often. Can i have some help to resolve my issues please?

It's an intel pentium computer with a 5400rpm hdd. So basically below min spec for fortnite. What's happening to you is pretty much to be expected. Also factory reset of windows is not a great idea as it leaves a lot of files behind which isn't great for a hdd as that causes unnecessary fragmentation. A normal windows reinstall would have been far far better and could have actually solved some of your issues.

Hi the system actually has a Intel Core i5 6200U rather than a pentium, the only option at the time that worked was a full reset as the computer since i did not start at all and would not go into the windows 10 software.

Could be dying HDD. 5400rpm for gaming PC is very slow at this point. Or pretty much anything where you need to run software from it.
