PC shutsdowns completely then reboots

Hello

I have had this problem for a while now. Randomly my PC will just power down, no warning, screens go black and the PC is off. Then it reboots by itself without any error messages. Sometimes it's once in a while, other times it's multipile times a day.
 

I tried various things like cleaning my PC, upgrading certain parts like the PSU, reseting to factory settings but the problem still remains. And it started happening before doing any kinds of upgrades.
 

My PC specs:

Case - Phanteks Eclipse P400

PSU - Corsair TX750M, 750W (upgraded)

CPU - Intel Core i7-8700

CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D15 (upgraded)

Motherboard - ASUS TUF Z370-Plus Gaming

Ram - Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz 16GB (upgraded)

GPU - ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER DUAL EVO OC (upgraded)

SSD - Samsung PM961 SSD 512GB M.2 NVMe

Windows 10 home

 

Bips version/date: American Megatrends Inc.0606, 12/12/2017

 

I checked my Even viewer and the only thing under critical is Kernel-Power 41 which isn't really helpful at all. It's not an overheating issue and it doesn't seem to be software related either.

If you guys want any additonal information let me know.

 

UPDATES

1. After my most recent shutdown I'm not getting the following message whenever I boot my PC: "To skip disk checking, press any key" and if I let it pass it says "Scanning and reparing drive (c).

Have you plugged both CPU connectors, 8 and 4 pin?

Maybe a bios update will help....

Yeah, everything is connected. I just now updated my Bios to the latest version as well.
