First Time build Idea

Building my sister and husband a home PC. was trying to keep the price under $500 .not meant for any heavy duty gaming only the occasional CS-GO. I tried to leave room for him to upgrade if need be. This is the first PC im planning to build so any advice is appreciated.

I was planning on using integrated graphics to keep the cost down and from what I've seen its not terrible performace.

Give me a min - you're overpaying way too much for that board. Save the money and get a Ryzen 5 APU.

Get a 1TB SSD - HDDs are obsolete at this point

I know the board was a little over kill i just didn't want to run into any issues with the BIOS
