No...or barely.

IMO, Sapphire does a pretty good job in preventing sagging on their NITRO / NITRO+ cards.

A bit, but it should be okay. I like the option of putting that thing underneath it. My friend once bought a second hand GPU which was so flexible and had sagged so much it wouldn't get back to normal again... :P
