If that is too much of a stretch budget-wise, then get a 5700XT instead, upgrade the motherboard to a MSI B450 A-Pro Max, MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max or MSI B450 Tomahawk Max and get a 3600MHz/CL16 memory kit (G.Skill Ripjaws for ~$86). I just tried to cram a 2070 Super in there as the encoder helps with streaming.

That is assuming you are in the US. What resolution and refresh rate is your monitor? What games will you be playing?
