Bottlenecking??

i have a ryzen 2400g and a rx 570 and single channel 8gb of ram and every single one of my games gets alot of stutters and framedrops and gpu usage and cpu usage also drops. so i just wanna know whats the problem

Ryzen CPUs are very dependent on memory bandwidth. Low bandwidth (single channel) means low CPU performance. There can still be more factors though

Yes. Ryzen is really sensitive to ram configuration and ram speed.

ok so if i was to buy dual channel 8 gigs of ram today will i see my stutters go away?

You might see better performance, you are still only using a quad core so certain games are potentially underserved by the CPU. What is the memory speed?

my memory speed i think its 2666 and i overclocked it to 3000

Dual channel 3000 or higher is basically what I'd recommend for Ryzen in terms of good gaming performance.

A 2600 would be more a sidegrade than an upgrade, really.

Cheap Ryzen with 6 cores is easy to recommend. 

 

Also a 1660 super is highly recommended, usually barely more expensive for much better performance
