I don’t know where to go with this but hopefully someone can help please. I’ve recently finished building my PC downloaded ram, and at first it was having problems getting to windows but it eventually got there so I shrugged it off and it was working. Eventually I decided to restart my pc and soon I was in an endless loop of blue screens telling me critical process died, and when I went to safe menu to fix it it would let me reset or do anything

can you get to the bios?

You can try booting into a live linux environment and root around to see if there is corrupted files.

I would also check for bad drivers, if you are able to boot windows I would try rolling back drivers to the last known good ones.

I can but the screen is all dark, and when I tried to search for corrupted files it failed

It’s giving me critical processor died, and I’m not sure how, how would I do that

On that note I wouldn't blame the SSD, reinstalling windows should do it fine. Where did you get your windows installer from?

I downloaded it via the Microsoft website, and followed the prompts for it and downloaded it to the drive

Try recreating that drive doing the same process and installing it again.

Like where do I go to install it the safe menu?

To reinstall windows you'll just plug the usb is and boot from it as you did before

If you mean recreate the USB, then you'll need a working computer

I plugged it in and turned on the computer but it’s back on the blue menu that says continue, troubleshoot, and turn off your pc

You're not booting into the USB, change your boot order in the bios

Update, I’ve gotten to the screen where I’m choosing where to install windows, so I chose my ssd, but now it’s stuck with a small little sand timer

Did you format your drive before choosing it for installation?
