Did you format your drive before choosing it for installation?

I deleted all of the previous partitioned spaces, and I chose my ssd to download, since there was only two choices drive 0 unalocated, and drive 1 unalocated, I chose drive 1 since it’s my ssd

Maybe there is something wrong with your drive then.

Are you plugged into usb 3? If so try 2 and restart the process

EDIT: i hadn't refreshed the page in a bit and see I am a little behind now.

EDIT2: are you able to create a partition on that screen? or is it just stuck as in you cant even move the mouse or tab through items.

As long as you aren't worried about losing any files on your OS drive, you should create a bootable usb using software like rufus, when you begin the install make sure you properly format the partition/drive that windows will be installed on. This will delete everything on that drive, but will make sure there are no holdovers from the old install.

If you are worried about losing the data, then download an easy to use linux distro like Mint or ubuntu, use rufus to create a live boot usb, and see if you can successfully boot into linux, from there you can move any important data off the drive before you format it.

Creating a live linux environment is great for troubleshooting anyway since it doesn't disturb the system in any way allowing you too poke around in the filesystem before just wiping everything.

Really shouldnt take that long. I'd be worried about the SSD as of now. When you get into windows get whatever software the manufacturer of your SSD has for diagnostic

Your bios told you that or the windows installation did?
