Hello Dear community,

So today I was cleaning my PC and somehow managed to break my HDD Power SATA connector (red part in pic1)2BED113D-EAAB-40FD-AEFE-98BB4A10DE9B.jpeg.e0d0b0b466b095f94ac0cc0f57f94323.jpeg ... I was really frustrated but I found this extension online F39837D9-CAD9-4929-A6A6-5EF807F412F0.thumb.png.c717eff9f49e46f15f9840c09ba4c2e1.png(pic2)... So my question is:

Has anyone tried it and will it work as protection for my connector from future breakage when plugging/unplugging my HDD .

Thanks in advance!

Just tape it in place with electrical tape. Otherwise even with that adapter the connector will be loose.
