I'm looking to build a new PC, here's my build so far: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/braeburn99/saved/nHbTJx

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Mobo: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600

Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower GOLD 750 W 80+ Gold

I really don't know who to choose for my video card! I'm willing to spend around $400 for my card but I'm getting mixed reviews on the RTX 2060S and the RX 5700 XT. I hear the 5700 XT is just a little bit better than the 2060 S but there are driver issues  (some people have them and some don't have the issues). I honestly don't know who to listen to! Can someone clear up the confusion for once?

they solved most of the driver issues. which model of the 5700xt are you considering?

I was looking at this one: GIGABYTE Radeon RX 5700 XT GAMING OC 8G Graphics Card, PCIe 4.0, 8GB 256-Bit GDDR6, GV-R57XTGAMING OC-8GD Video Card for $409
