There are some warnings at the bottom but they are very vague.

  • Warning! Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Matisse CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions

The msi MAX series cpu come with the corerct bios, so don't worry about that.

  • Note:The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.

Exactly what it says. if you put in the m.2 slot, 2 sata ports will be disabled. but there are 4 (I think) other sata ports for you to use anyway.

  • Note:Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders

It should all fit ok.

looks good, you've picked good components that are compatible, I see no issues with it.

Agreed.

What are you going to use the build for? You could go with an EVGA 2060 KO and get a nice boost in productivity tasks as it uses the same die as the 2080 - no benefits in gaming though, so something to consider if productivity is part of your use case.
