Getting another 8 gbs of ram will certainly help with performance. 8 gbs is chicken feed for gaming, especially in more demanding games.

You think this is the only problem why i cant use high GPU usage?

This is something you can find out for yourself.

Have task manager running in the background while you game, and in the middle of the game switch (ALT+TAB) to task manager. See if the RAM is being fully used up. If the ram is at 90% use or higher, it will have a very significant performance hit since the PC will continuously need to wait on textures and other assets to be loaded from your SSD (fast compared to hard drive, but very very slow compared to RAM) which will cause hitching and low FPS.

It's also worth checking your RAM speed. Ryzen loves fast RAM speeds, and if you're running at 2133Mhz it could give you a very big performance bump if you can overclock to 2666Mhz or higher.

Well computers are too complex to boil it down to one issue. But a single stick of ram isn't helping either. At a minimum, you'll want to use dual channel/slots with no less than 16 gigs total for gaming. You have two slots on your motherboard, so you might as well fill the other one with another stick of ram.

Your first priority should be to get 8 more GB of RAM then
