Help me!

Hello!

I need help with something. Few days ago i was playing FarCry5 on my PC with no problems and my computer just shut down. I tried to turn it on, but nothing happened and the front led was lit up at all times (evan if i don't press the power button). Next moring i tried the following things: 

-replug every connector

-reslot the ram

-took out the coin battery and put it back in

-short the green and black wires on PSU see if the fan turned on, but it didn't 

-i checked all the pins and none of them had 12v

So i knew it was the PSU. And i am worried if the other components are ok. The computer just turned off, no pops or sparks.

 

I did upgrade the cpu and gpu a week or two back.

Pc specs:

I7-3770

2x4gb Kingston ddr3

Rx 580

ASrock h61m-vg3

SSD+HDD

Matrix 700w(now i know it's chinese and bad)

 

My questions:

Are the other components ok?

 

Which PSU should i choose from the following:

-Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 500w

-Silverstone st70f 600w

-or any other good but budget ones

(I am on a tight budget)

 

Ask me for any other info!

What country are you in, and what's your budget for a PSU?
