Help with Overclocking

Hi everyone!

 

As the title says, I would need help overclocking my cpu, memory and possibly gpu since I'm totally new to this type of stuff. Here is my following build:

 

Windows 10 Home

Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz

Palit RTX 2070 Super Jetstream LE 

Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro Wi-Fi Motherboard

Corsair Cooling Hydro H115i RGB Platinum

Samsung 860 EVO SSD 1TB (x2)

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz 16 Gt (2 x 8 Gt)

Corsair RM850x, 80 PLUS Gold

Corsair Crystal Series 570X RGB ATX Case (come with x3 120 mm RGB LED cooling fans)

 

My PC would be used for both gaming and video editing, but mainly gaming. Any help with BIOS settings would be greatly appreciated! :)
