ok just get faster and more memorry and the system will  perform much better , that ram would be really bottleneck ur system since the 8gb 2666 is really slow, either overclock ur memory speed, or just get 16 gigs. 1070 and ryzen 7 wont really like to be bottle necked

this might also be caused by a bad hard or ss drive im not saying the ram or this or whatever is 100% the issue

it could also be caused by a bad power supply and not supplying enough energy,

i dont know just bring it to like a store and they will try to fix it but be aware for corona ;)

I have chieftec's 600aw power supply and it has worked before and has enough power to handle my pc..

Me and my couple friends think that the problem is ram and yes it is probably it. I keep that in my mind.
