So I am building a sleeper PC, and the only issue I have is the USBs and headphone jack on the front, unfortunately they are usb 2.0 and are a proprietary connector. Basically what I want is a cable that's goes to the motherboard for usb 3.0 and splits into two USBs. And for the HD audio jack I need a headphone jack running to the mobo. Any products like this?

The case is a Dell Dimension 3000.
