I need a a good monitor for my ps4

I just got a new ps4, and I need a monitor with it, I prefer small. 20” - 24” - 27”. HDR would be nice

Idk, doesn’t it support 4K? I mean I’m going to use Netflix on it, also cant it run 144 hz?

I'm not up to date on info, but I think currently the Xbox One is the only one that supports high refresh rates / free sync.

I just google searched it, and the PS4 doesn't support high refresh rates.
