Wondering if my system will see a improvement to last till next tax season or so as then i will build a new system if the NEW AMD flagship gpu works just fine in this system

right now the only thing stock from this system from when i built it is the memory stock at 2133mhz can oc to 2400mhz

but gigabyte website mentions i can use 3000+ mhz ram kits and i primarily game and do light video editing

current specs on system

5960x OC to 4.5ghz W/ 1.35 Vcore

4x4gb ddr4 or using Tech Yes City guide for 2400mhz

Vega 64 GPU Stock and Memory OC to 1075

Samsung 970 Evo NVME on a PCI-E 4x Adapter

3x10tb Seagate Barracuda Pro in Raid 5

I like this system and does what i need it to do plays Doom Enternal at 4k with Nightmare setting and Texture Pack at Ultra at 60+ fps plan to do a video on youtube on my system benchmark

300MHz won't deliver a large performance uplift, but getting it so that you can use it with a Ryzen flagship later is a good idea.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

i was going off gigabyes website as my Ryzen 2400g kit with 2800mhz ram xmp settings wont work and the official support list mentions highest is 3000mhz ram https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_x99-haswell-e_180221.pdf

Might just be that your specific ram kit isn't verified with the motherboard, so some manual tweaking might help.
