Will they be able to handel modern games?

 

or should i save for something better

Save up.  What is your current budget, or what can you reasonably save in the next couple weeks or months?

What are the prices of those cards? And looking at OP's post history, he's from Serbia so keep that in mind.

That's the wrong question to ask.

 

A modern game may work on a 7 year old GPU, that doesn't mean it will be a good experience if you have to run it at 720p and all the graphics settings dialed down. That is typically what laptop users have to do to play modern games because they have substantially weak GPU parts.

 

If you are playing games, and want better than console performance, then your entry level is not the GTX 1660 / AMD Radeon RX 590. That's just the starting point.

 

If you're playing 5 year old games, then the GTX 1060, AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT, is probably the minimum you'd get away with.

 

The R7 360 is worse (it's like a GT 1030) and R9 270 (closer to a GTX 1050), which puts the former at "practically unhelpful" and the latter at "might get 720p60, at most"

As someone who games from a laptop with 2gb vram (actually 2.5 with my APU) I would do anything to at least have 4gb vram. So....please pick something a little better.

i want to thow 55 bucks on a card (6000 din in serbian)

I took a look at newegg.com and anything 4gb (what you would need for actual 1080p modern games) is around $90. Like the Biostar Radeon RX 550 or XFX Radeon RX 560.
