What is a better gpu choice with this PC:

Ryzen 5 3600x CPU

ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS Gaming MOBO

MOBO should be only mATX

Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3600 RAM

I want to buy Gigabyte Radeon RX 590 Gaming 8GB GDDR5, is it good?

I'm from Belarus and it costs around 250$ here, so the max budget for a gpu is 300-350$

I've heard that it's better to go w nvidia because of amd's driver problems

I'd get a different motherboard, what are the motherboards available?

Also are Nvidia 1660 Super cards available? those are better than the 590.

Also, get a Ryzen 5 3600, its the same as 3600X but cheaper.

I can't find a good mATX mobo other than this, is pci-e x16 4.0 a must have?

The price isn't much different, it's ok

these motherboards may be less expensive than that TUF motherboard, and would be guaranteed compatible with 3rd gen Ryzen. If you find one for a lower price, you should get it instead.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

The Ryzen 7 3600X is not the same as the Ryzen 5 3600, the Ryzen 7 3700X has 8 cores and 16 threads while the Ryzen 5 3600 has 6 cores and 12 threads (I would recommend keeping the Ryzen 7 3700X). For the graphics card, I would recommend the 5700XT which is similar to the RTX 1660 Super although is 22 percent faster (if the price difference is around $50.60 dollars USD, then I would go with the 5700XT, although if it is significantly higher then you should go with the RTX 1660 Super.

My fault, I read the post wrong, the only difference between the Ryzen 5 3600 and the Ryzen 5 3600x is that runs at a higher frequency (between 3.8 and 4.4 GHz) while the Ryzen 5 3600 runs at a slightly lower frequency (3.6 to 4.2 GHz). If you can find a Ryzen 7 1800X at a good price (maybe a refurbished unit), then I would go with that instead of the Ryzen 5 3600.

Although if you are comparing the Ryzen 5 3600 and the Ryzen 5 3600X, I would recommend the Ryzen 5 3600 since you are not going to see a significant performance increase for the majority of workloads for it to justify the extra expense.
