Minecraft runs at ~110fps on High End system. Help!

Hoping for some help because I am confused as to why my minecraft has been running at less than 40FPS with SEUS PGI 12 Shaders and when I turn them off I get ~110 FPS with and without optifine. FPS the same regardless of Resource Pack.

Here are my Specs:

i7-8700K @3.70ghz

MSI 2080TI Gaming X Trio (normal speeds)

32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000Mhz (2x16GB)

2x Samsung 970 Evo NVMe 500GB M.2 SSD

Minecraft JVM Arguement:

-Xmx16G -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M

Minecraft 1.14.4 Optifine (1.15.2 without)

Shaders: SEUS PTGI

Texture Pack: Stratum 128x and 1024x

https://continuum.graphics/stratum-resourcepack/

Requirements:

https://continuum.graphics/stratumrp-system-requirements/

Any help appreciated,

Thank you in Advance

Check your render distance

And don't allocate 16gb to minecraft ...allocate 4gb at max without mods ....(minecraft sucks in cleaning garbage for anything above 4 gb)

Check your max framerate setting.

Max Frame rate set to unlimited

Render distance set to 8

4GB ram allocated increases FPS by 15-20 frames

Any other suggestions? Seems oddly low for the system

Minecraft is one of the worst optimized Games that exist - maybe also thanks to it beeing based on Java.

But aside from that, how much fps do you need? I assume, you have 130 fps now? Hows that not enough? Do you even have a Monitor with at least 144 Hz?

It's sitting around 130 now and I have a 1440p 144hz monitor.

Just expected more performance than what I am getting
