So 2 weeks ago i built a mid-range budget pc for drawing and gaming needs after my old acer aspire laptop ended up getting broken. After i built the pc i installed windows and updated it and then installed the gpu drivers from the internet and it worked fine for a while. But soon after that, even if i left my pc idle it'll end up crashing and there has been multiple different stop codes for the bsod's. I'm not exactly that familiar with how and why this is happening so this is why i'm here now.

My PC Specs :
- AMD ryzen 3 1200 with stock cooler
- Corsair Vengeance 2400 Mhz 1 x 16gb RAM
- MSI B450A-M PRO MAX motherboard
- XFX Radeon Rx 570 4gb GPU
- 256 Gb Western DIgital Green SSD NVME
- EVGA BR 500W bronze rated PSU
I use a 32" TV as a monitor.
I have windows 10 pro version 1909 (64 bit)
I have Discord, Steam, Origin, Radeon Catalyst Software, Wallpaper engine and Lightshot running on background.
Most of the crashes i have are Memory Management and Critical Process Died BSOD's.
So when the initial problem started i actually clean installed windows and tried installing drivers using the motherboard's included CD. But still never fixed the issues. I formatted the SSD multiple times too but didn't really help. Everytime i install the AMD drivers windows doesn't seem to recognize that it's from AMD and prompts a message if i want to install or not. But my overall pc is ultimately really slow without the radeon catalyst drivers. Doing sfc scans tell me there's something corrupted but it doesn't really fix anything. I have a feeling this has something to do with the GPU but with how frequent the crashes are i'm just not doing good. It's also impossible for me to get another pc or anything of equivalent specs anytime soon.
Would be really nice if i get some help with how to deal with this.

Reinstall Windows.

It also smells like a possible memory issue. You might want to run memtest to check your RAM sticks.

I've actually done a clean reinstallation of windows just 2 days ago. Yet the problem persists. It seemed fine for a while but after a couple of hours i'm still crashing. I'll try doing the memtest then.

Even more likely that memory errors are corrupting your system then, other than causing crashes.

If there is an issue with memory would i have to replace the RAM?

You bought it two weeks ago, you should be able to return it for free.

If the test is coming back with all these errors, then you just replace the ram with a new set.

Well bad ram is known to cause issues with the display. If the data isn't being processed by the ram properly, then neither will it be processed properly up the pipeline to your CPU & GPU.

I was able to load up windows and applications prior to the memtest though.

The test is just telling you that your ram is faulty. I'd just replace it and see if it works.

So i liked to draw and even with my pc out of commission atm i tried connecting my laptop to my TV via HDMI and it doesn't seem to detect any signals. This was exactly the same thing that happened to my pc after i ran the memtest on it. I thought the PC just wouldn't post however it seems the TV itself doesn't seem to be receiving any input or so it says.
