Pc entering windows setup :(

Ok, so i changed some parts on my friends pc now when we try to boot its entering windows 10 setup i checked the boot order its right and i checked if the files got deleted but they are still there anyone know whats wrong?

I changed ram motherboard and processor and i have my friends old hdd still plugged in and it worked fine on old pc but this new one it just enters windows setup when there is windows installed

While it (usually) is not required to reinstall Windows on a new motherboard I recommend to do so anyway. I think maybe that's what you need to do.
