Overclocking non-k coffee lake processor

Neither the 9400f or the h310 support overclocking, so no.

If your BIOS supports multi-core enhancement, then sure. Only way to know is to check.

Maybe although I still doubt that and especially on a low end chipset like the H310. Sorry
