sure with no problem. can you get i7 4770k-4790k used with great price anywhere. It is much better than your processor and you can overclock it.

Well 

1650 super will cost me 200$

And used i7 4770 will cost me 120 to 150 $

And i don't want to get i7 now 

Because after 1 year i will get new gen cpu and mobo(cpu and mobo price is too high in my country) and keep everything same

i found used i7 4770k's little over 100 dollars in ebay. it will be worth the money if you have a decent cooler for overclocking the thing over 4ghz
