Softether help.

Hi. I have a question about Softether and will be grateful if someone can help me. Basically, when I started using Softether I used their dynamic DNS function to connect. I'll like to use the VPN azure feature of Softether now, but I want to know what the difference is and if it will be detected that I'm using a VPN in the first place. I'm asking this question because the azure VPN relays the information to the azure VPN cloud, and I know that some services are able to detect VPN relay locations and all IP's from those locations. Thanks.
