I need a PC for my uncle which is small and doesn't take up much space. General browsing on the internet and Microsoft Office work.  Would need to play League of Legends and Minecraft well at 1080p. Needs a SSD for fast bootup speed.

Is this the best list for £400?

Thank you all for your suggestions but I would definitely prefer Mini ITX. The smaller the better.

Looks like everyone is in agreement that the SSD should change.

I'm quite surprised about changing the PSU. I thought Seasonic made great PSU's only second to EVGA?

the micro-atx case i chose is almost the exact same size as the mini-itx one you picked and the whole thing becomes much cheaper.

as for psu, brands don't matter. each brand has their own budget, mid-tier and top series. the bequiet system power 9 is good quality for what you need and much cheaper.
