Best mobo for Ryzen 9 3950X

Just finished my new pc build

CPU Ryzen 9 3950X

I will use 2 GPUs

My old Gainward Geforce Phoenix RTX 2070

My new Sapphire RX 5700 XT nitro+

I have came to this conclusion about motherboard

1.ASrock X570 Steel Legend

2. ASUS Prime X570 Pro

Both have Amd CrossfireX & Nvidia SLI support

https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/compare/ASUS_PRIME_X570-PRO_AM4_ATX_Motherboard_vs_ASRock_X570_Steel_Legend_AM4_ATX_Motherboard/BHitems/1487134-REG_1495027-REG

Which and why from this 2 suggest?

I am in love with Steel Legend but don't know much about vrms, temperatures fan noise etc...

the steel legend doesn't have vrms strong enough to support even a slight overclock on the 3950x.

i would definitely go with the asus board, it's vastly superior in terms of vrms

Between those two, I'd get the Asus.

If I were dropping the cash to get a 3950x, I'd want something with even stronger VRMs than the Prime Pro.

Asus: X570 X570-E, Pro WS Ace

Asrock: X570 Taichi, Phantom Gaming X, Creator

Gigabyte: X570 Aorus Master  --- FWIW I have this MOBO for my 3700x.

MSI: X570 Creation, Ace, Unify, Tomahawk

You're getting a top end CPU, get a top end MOBO.

What's your opinion?

ASrock Taichi or Aorus Ultra?

About Master I have read is not compatible with sapphire radeon( many problems, blue screens etc.)

That's the reason who afraid to go to Aorus and choose ASrock or Asus

Well...I have a Sapphire Nitro 5700xt with my Aorus Master mobo and have had zero issues.  Where did you hear that its not compatible?  I swear, there is so much misinformation out there about AMD products right now, it's ridiculous.  haha.

I chose the Master because at the time, it was considered the one with the best VRMs in its price range, and I liked what I saw from the Aorus BIOS in terms of functionality and available information about it.

Quite honestly, the brand doesn't matter at this level of board.  Asus, Asrock, MSI, and Gigabyte all make great X570 motherboards.  Pick the one with the features that are best for you, and the one you think looks coolest.  You can always refer to the Motherboard Tier List that is pinned to this forum.
