Cheap Isolating Headphones

My previous headphones were corsair hs50 and I still like those, despise that the mic doesn't work anymore. So I'm searching for isolating headphones because my little brother is very noisy. It doesn't matter if they are ANC or just well noise isolated. BUT I'm on tight budget. I would like to spend 80 USD but I can invest a little bit more.
