You can go with the RTX 2070 if you don't want to send it back. A 2080 Super is as high as I would go as a 2080 ti is really bad on price/performance vs the 2080S. You could just stick with the 2070 and then upgrade later on once AMD/Nvidia release the new cards.

Not sure if you are wanting RGB so just went with a more neutral theme.

The Arctic Freezer 360mm is a good cooler for the money. If you prefer an air cooler then ones like the BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 or Noctua D15 Chromax etc.

I personally prefer Gigabyte over Asus, but they have a good selection of X570 boards if you prefer that brand. An X570 TUF Gaming/Wifi or X570 Prime Pro would do just fine.

Not a fan of Corsair Dominator as it is just too pricey. The G.Skill kit below is 32GB for $139.99 assuming you are in the US.

The Fractal S2 Meshify is a bigger version of the standard Meshify C. Pretty nice case with good airflow. The Phanteks P600S is also a good alternative.

Not sure if you needed storage so just added a 1TB SSD. The Corsair RMx is a solid unit and 650W is enough there.

Do you have a good monitor for this build ?
