Low Fps/Good pc

Hey guys,i got this gaming rig 

RTX 2070 arrmor 8g

i7-2600k 3.4ghz

32g ram ddr3 1600mhz

 and i get low fps in some games like:

RUST 40-60 Fps 

Battlefield V 30-60 Fps

CoD MW 40-80 Fps

Anno 1800 30-50 Fps

and if i lower the settings is not changing the fps rate,my gpu usage is like 30-60% and cpu usage 20-40%,my ram are not used more than 12.5 gb

Can u help me whit this problem?

Make sure your drivers and updates are up to date. Also ensure that your system isn't running into thermal issues.

use this tutorial to find out statistics about your components in game(temperature, usage etc.)

if temps are fine, make sure to update drivers like what @juandeag2ksaid

95-98 c* is good?

No, definitely not. When your system reaches 100C it willl throttle the components so that they are not damaged. An average desktop case with those specs have no reason to be above 80-85C at the highest.

CPU might start be bit old on some of those games. Some of them are more CPU intensive, and while Sandy i7 has been good for long time, 9 years is really long time.
