Hi

I just bought a gigabyte gtx 1660 super oc and it says it has to have a minimun wattage of about 450 watts and i have a shall not exceed fortron source 450 watt psu. I installed the graphics card and i tried to turn it on... nothing no fans are spinning no lights nothing. Before i installed it i had an gtx 1050 ti and it ran flawlessly. When the new gpu didnt work i installed my old graphics card and it worked again. How can i solve this? Do i need a new psu?
