Hi, I have what I think to be a failing GPU. I'll be working on something or playing a game when I hear the Windows Disconnect Noise, then my screen says No Signal and I have to restart my computer to get it to come back. This morning when I started my PC the screen was at 640x480 resolution and the picture was black and white. These problems started 2 days ago. I also have the most recent nvidia drivers. Let me know what you think might be going on. Thanks

try DDU then reinstall the graphics driver. maybe its just faulty driver. another is reseat the GPU. check if these work.

I tried DDU yesterday afternoon, and my PC hasn't moved for like a year and a half, is it possible for the GPU to unseat itself?

Well your system specs page says you have 2x GTX 1080s.

Just swap them in and out and try to figure out which of the two cards (or if both) seem to be having issues.

If it wasn't liquid cooled I would but because it is its a huge PITA.

That is the main reason i avoid custom loops >.<

can you atleast nudge it a bit and free it from the PCIE slot so you can test them one at a time without ruining the loop? i hope its soft tubing as hard tubing is a major pain in maintenance. it looks cool though.

well an other thing you could do is to disable the GPU from the bios (disable the PCIe port) try using your main GPU and stress test it play some games for a couple of hours if nothing happens then disable the main GPU and enable the other one do the same if everything works fine then reseat the sli bridge if you see the same problem then try a different PSU (also what PSU do you have? )  if problem still exists then unfortunately you have to manually unplug and test 1 GPU at a time so that we can make sure that its not one of the GPUs

next culprit mobo>cabling > OC settings (due to mobo parts failing and since PSU is ok maybe the OC cant be sustained anymore and thus you need to lower it down, before doing that though check that your loop is working fine no gunk in the headsinks and clean your machine from dust and whatnot)
