1080ti unless you really want RTX

Hello, I need a little advice from others that are probably more experienced than me in this kind of domain. As you can see in the title I would like to buy a new graphics card but can't decide between two options. I either get a used Zotac Geforce Gtx 1080 ti Amp Extreme Core Edition for 450 euros or a brand new Rtx 2070S for 600 euros. What should I pick?
