My laptop has a mobility radeon hd 6550 it isn't the best but at least I could play some small games but a while ago during one of my games the screen started to mega tear like seriously messed up and then blue screened so now i'm stuck on VGA standard drivers I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from the manufacturers website from the exact model trust me I did everything I could think but is there anything else I could do to fix it.

Do you mean from Amd website or laptop manufacturers website?? (Not sure what brand is it).
You can try DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and reinstall drivers after that.

@Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

I will try that now I just wanna make sure everything else I'm doing is done.

Nope it didn't work but I think it fixed it a little as in it seems faster when logging in. There is the same weird screen tear thing when I log in but its like a weird overlay and goes away when i put something over it or press show desktop. It's going away faster it usually is frozen for a bit.
