The ek ones will definitely be better performing fans for radiators due to their higher static pressure optimization. The main benefit of magnetic levitation bearings is longevity of the fan. If you don't find your self cleaning then regularly and want to keep them longer than 3 to 4 years, then go with those. Unless you are going to have high water temps, probably won't matter.

So I wan't rgb fans for radiators and i've found two contenders, the ones from

EK https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-vardar-x3m-120er-d-rgb-500-2200rpm-white

or

Corsair https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Magnetic-Levitation-Lighting-CO-9050076-WW/dp/B076VDWDZ2?th=1

The option from ek seems to be better in every way other than the fact that it's not a magnetic bearing. So I have two questions left. Does the magnetic bearing matter much and are there any other fan i'm missing.

BTW I can't buy noctua fans and stick the frames on them because that adds an extra 5mm and it's already cramped on the radiators. Like I mean i'm not 100% sure if it will even fit with normal fans.

That’s not entirely true, kind of ...

EK fans have higher statistic pressure but only because they have higher rpm and lets face it, you mostly don’t do watercooling to have higher noice than air cooling otherwise you would stick 20 fans inside your case running like a jet engines (at least I didn’t want it).  Out of this two I would still choose EK fans, but I’m pretty sure they gonna be head to head when running at lower  rpm’s
