Could my 12 year old power supply be the issue?

Maybe. Have you tested it yet?

You should also reset your CMOS and see if that fixes anything.

Hopefully we can figure this out here so I don’t have to drop $1000 on a new CPU and mobo. Not exactly sure what the issue is. I just changed cases like a week ago. I don’t think it’s a leak in my water cooling loop that caused it. My motherboard has been a little wonky lately I had to enter the bios every time to select my boot drive since it wouldn’t save. This computer has been working for years and just decided last night to stop working. Most importantly last night my computer wasn’t shutting off after I hit shut down so I just held the power button until it shut off because I’m an ape. Won’t even post to Bios any suggestions? Did I brick my mobo? Could my 12 year old power supply be the issue??? Any thoughts would be awesome to hear.

Video of the computer attempting to turn on:

CPU: i7 6800k

Mobo: Asus X99 WS-M
Ram: G-Skill something or other.

GPU: 5700XT

PSU: Corsair HX750

Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB, Intel NVME SSD model?

Lol FML that’s really embarrassing. Literally in the before you post a troubleshooting question post that pinned at the top of the forum it says to reset CMOS. Not sure why I forgot that step. I feel dumb. It’s fixed now thanks 🙏.
