I just upgraded this rig 6 months ago. I just realized there is microstutter while doing task. Photoshop and mostly at gaming. Is there any solve?

Already doing that after upgrading to 2060. Before using 1060 3GB is better than using this right now. Bios already updated, drivers already reinstalled (New SSD and the one with windows inside it already formatted)

 

Also what is firmware?
