I eveyone, i have a i7 4790k with a hyper 212 and my temps in full load is 85 degrees and vice versa 45 degrees at 4.4ghz, It is good or should be lower? It limits cpu life?

That's a bit high. I'd personally clean and remount the cooler. If it doesn't help, dial back the OC and voltage a bit.

I installed it 2 days ago, with mx4 thermal paste, did I put the cooler bad? I don't think so

You could have. You could also have a strong overclock, what voltage?

Well it's not 100 Celsius, so cooling does work...How often do you get 100% CPU load in real life use?

Not always, most 85-90% and gives me around 75-80°

That's not very high. I would follow 5x5's advice of cleaning the cooler.

I bought it this week and is relatively new all the build, and I don't think that I putted it bad

I saw benchmarks with the same cooler and temperatures are lower
