2060 or 1660 super?

So i just bought an old pc and looking to upgrade some of its specs, its current gpu is a gtx 780 and its cpu is an i7 2600k. i have already been told i should get a 1660 super or a rtx 2060, i need to clarify what would be better for my cpu and what would push out more frames and what would be budget-able in aud (budget $750).
