lag spikes new pc

hey about a week ago i builded a new pc.

as soon as i started to play games i get lagspike i dont know what it is i installed the drivers.

my specs are 

	AMD Ryzen 5 - 3600 3.6GHz

gpu is on 100%

that could be your problem, try lowering your game video settings. Are you running 1440p? 4k? how many fps at what resolution?
